Working principle of grain suction machine

Working principle:

The motor shaft of the grain suction machine and the coil spring are connected with a screw. When the motor is started, the motor drives the coil spring to rotate, and the grain in the collecting port will rise along the direction of the helix angle of the spring under the action of the rotating spring. When reaching the discharge port, the grain is automatically unloaded due to the action of gravity.

Grain suction machine is mainly a tool for grain collection. It is a small equipment specially designed for grain transportation, loading, stacking, and storage. It can load and unload dust and granular materials, reverse warehouses, and clear warehouses. There are many models of Dahan grain suction machines, ranging from 5 tons per hour to 50 tons per hour. The large ones can move freely and work in multiple locations, saving manpower and material resources.
