Carbon fiber vertical vibrating screen elevator is a device used for vertical conveying and synchronous screening of materials. The whole or part of the structure is made of carbon fiber material. Its core function is to enable continuous conveying, layered screening and other processing of materials in a vertical spiral path through a vibration drive device.
Due to the use of carbon fiber material, the equipment has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and good fatigue resistance. It is particularly suitable for industries with high requirements for equipment cleanliness, chemical resistance or structural rigidity, such as lithium battery powder, aviation composites, fine chemicals or electronic materials.
Working principle of carbon fiber vertical vibrating screen elevator
Vertical vibrating screen elevator usually uses the exciting force generated by two vibrating motors to make the entire lifting tower perform a composite spatial vibration of horizontal circular motion and vertical upward motion. Under the action of this composite vibration, the material performs a uniform circular throwing motion in the spiral groove and moves upward along the conveying groove, thereby realizing the vertical lifting of the material.
When the screening function is combined, the equipment will include a screen or a screen plate. Under the action of vibration, the material is effectively screened during the lifting process, and materials of different particle sizes are separated and conveyed to different outlets.

Structural composition
Lifting trough: used to carry and convey materials, usually with a spiral trough structure, which allows the material to move upward along the spiral path during the lifting process.
Vibration motor: as the power source of the elevator, it is fixed on the lifting trough. The center lines of two vibration motors of the same model are installed at a certain angle and rotate synchronously in opposite directions to generate exciting force.
Vibration reduction system: composed of a base and vibration isolation springs, etc., used to support the lifting trough and vibration motor, reduce the impact of vibration on the surrounding environment, and ensure the stable operation of the elevator.
Base: plays the role of supporting the entire elevator to ensure the stability of the equipment during operation.
