6. Tubular screw conveyors can choose appropriate bearings, inlet and outlet forms, materials and other special machine accessories according to actual application needs.

Limitations of Tubular Screw Conveyors

1. The design of the fully sealed pipeline makes it difficult to clean the inside of the pipeline. Try to avoid using the tubular screw conveyor to transport materials with strong adhesion to ensure the stability of the transportation.

2. The use of tubular screw conveyors to transport coarse sand, minerals, and abrasive materials with strong abrasiveness will speed up the wear of the conveying pipes and spirals. Regular inspections and timely replacement of damaged parts are required.

3. Select the appropriate screw speed and pitch according to the actual situation of the conveying material volume, density, particle size, etc. It is not supported to blindly increase the machine speed in pursuit of large conveying volume.
