The trough belt conveyor is a new type of conveying machine that uses the roller group to support the conveyor belt into a U-shaped or round tube type. The working principle is the same as that of the ordinary belt conveyor.
The trough belt conveyor can be used in electric power, steel, mining, port, archaeological excavation and cement, grain, and feed processing industries. Relatively harsh production environment, it has the functions of dirt resistance, wear resistance and dust resistance.
The characteristics of the trough belt conveyor are as follows:
(1) The conveyor belt is rolled into a groove type or a deep groove type, which can realize the curved conveying task of vertical and horizontal turning spaces.
(2) It can realize sealed transportation of bulk materials, and will not spill and leak during the transportation process, and realize pollution-free transportation.
(3) There will be no deviation. The structure principle determines that the trough conveyor belt will not cause deviation, and the conveyor belt can be twisted to a certain extent.
(4) The material can be conveyed at a certain inclination angle, and the inclination angle of the conveyor belt can generally reach 30°.
