Types of vibrating feeder

According to the driving mode, it can be divided into two types: motor and electromagnetic vibrating feeder.

Motor vibrating feeder: Driven by double motors, it can coarsely screen materials, with large feeding amount but low feeding accuracy;

Electromagnetic vibration feeder: driven by electromagnetic vibration exciter, electromagnetic control, small excitation force, suitable for fragile materials with high accuracy of feeding amount.

According to the structure of vibrating feeder, it can be divided into basic vibrating feeder, upper vibrating vibrating feeder, closed vibrating feeder, open vibrating feeder and circular tube vibrating feeder.

Basic vibrating feeder: material feeding without special requirements

Upper vibration type vibrating feeder: installed and used when the configuration space is not enough, the others are the same as the basic type

Closed vibrating feeder: feeding of fragile particles, large dust and volatile materials

Open type vibrating feeder: used for coal preparation, also can be used for screening equipment feeding

Circular tube vibrating feeder: used for conveying granular or powdery materials with a long distance
